In order to minimize the amount of returns and maximize your profits, Apollo has an extensive warranty program including a Customer Support Call center with an 800 hotline. Our staff is highly knowledgeable in this industry and well versed with our products. We stock a complete line of parts for all our products in Los Angeles and Chicago. We work closely with our manufacturer to keep our parts inventory updated and replenished. We can ship most parts within 48 hours, direct to an authorized service center, with an average turnaround of 4 days. Certain "non-mechanical", and "non-electrical" warranty parts can be shipped directly to the end consumer, under full warranty, where proof of purchase and warranty domumentation are provided.  Apollo Industrial pays for all parts and freight for customers products that are under warranty. In the worst of events, we have implemented a streamlined RMA program to insure that:

1) The customer is completely satisfied with their purchase experience even if the product has failed to meet their expectations,

2) The product is safely prepared and promptly removed from your retail location, and

3) Your credits are issued in a timely manner. With our warranty program, our RMA record is less than 1% of gross sales.

Return procedure for buying direct from our website.

1.For all unopened, unused / non-damaged returned items in original condition, including  the packaging with all original documents within 30 days of original purchase date, there is a 15% restocking fee on the item price.

2.For opened, used / non-damaged returned items in original condition, in original packaging within 15 days from original purchase date, with all original documents, a 25% restocking fee will be charged,

Shipping is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all freight charges of shipping product to buyer and shipping back. Our logistics can assist in return shipping and arrangements. Refund will be provided to the buyer within 5 business days from receipt of item.

Notes:

1.You must first contact Apollo and receive a Return Goods Authorization number prior  to sending  any products back, otherwise we reserve the right to reject any shipped back items.

2.A Two-Year or 1500 hours warranty applies to emission control system on engines certified by EPA
